1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Iron Core Rentals’ website, rental software, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Iron Core Rentals provides construction and industrial equipment rentals subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts. Business customers represent they have authority to bind their entity.

4. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and all activity under their account.

5. Quotes & Reservations

Quotes are estimates only and not binding until confirmed.

6. Payments

You agree to pay all rental charges, fees, taxes, and damages due. Late payments may incur fees and interest as allowed by California law.

7. Prohibited Use

Equipment may not be misused, operated unlawfully, or sub-rented without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Iron Core Rentals.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and equipment are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, to the extent permitted by California law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Iron Core Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by California law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Core Rentals from claims arising from use of services or equipment, except to the extent caused by Iron Core Rentals’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Welcome to Iron Core Rentals. By accessing or using our services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our services.
